Rucyahana and Kagame in Toronto

new article about John Rucyahanaappeared yesterday. It is in Kinyarwanda and I would like to have it translated into English. A Rwandan friend tells me that the gist of the article is about why Rucyahana is always following Kagame.
The article says that another minister and Rucyahana were in charge of phrasing questions and finding people to ask these questions for the "Rwanda Day" event that just occurred in Toronto, and which was protested publicly.
The article says that a Rwandan in Canada was called on the phone and met Rucyahana and the other minister, and was given questions to ask.
This is just another in a long string of evidence that Bishop Rucyahana is tightly connected to the Rwandan dictator, and yet American Anglicans do nothing about it, repeating the pattern of the pre-genocide church to a tee.

-“The root cause of the Rwandan tragedy of 1994 is the long and past historical ethnic dominance of one minority ethnic group to the other majority ethnic group. Ignoring this reality is giving a black cheque for the Rwandan people’s future and deepening resentment, hostility and hatred between the two groups.”
