Twahise tuhava kuri Ambasade, twikomereza urugendo. Muri make kuri Ambasade twahamaze nk'iminota itageze kuri itatu. Ariko ubwoba nabonye mu maso y'abo bagabo bwanteye kwibaza, kubabara mu mutima no kubagirira impuhwe ! Abanyarwanda bazabaho bashyize umutima mu gitereko ryari koko ? Erega bararushywa n'ubusa, « ndi umunyarwanda », « turi abanyarwanda »! Nta leta n'imwe yo ku isi ishobora kubinyambura, kubitwambura ! Utubuza « kujya iwacu » niwe ufite icyaha kitazabura kugira ingaruka ku mateka y'igihugu cyacu. Kereka ako karengane gakosowe mu maguru mashya, abana bose b'u Rwanda bakiyumvamo ko bose bafite « amahirwe angana » ku gihugu cyabo. Politiki y'ivangurabanyarwanda icyuye igihe, ikwiye gusimburwa na politiki yo « Kunga abenegihugu kugira ngo dufatanye kwiyubakira u Rwanda moderne »! Mbabariye abatabona ko ibintu birimo guhinduka mu buryo bwihuse cyane kuko bashobora kuzasigara ku ruhu nk'ikirondwe….!
3.Nyuma yo gusura Ambasade, twagiye gutanga « Memo » yacu muri za Ambasade zinyuranye z'ibihugu by'amahanga bifite inyungu mu Rwanda no mu Muryango wunze ubumwe w'ibihugu by'Ubulayi (Union Européenne). Aho hose batwakiriye neza cyane…..aho tutakirwa ni iwacu gusa ! Biteye agahinda.
4.Nyuma y'ibyo twagiye ahantu hitwa mu GISAZA tuhahurira n'Abanyarwanda benshi bifuzaga ko tuganira . Nibwo bwambere naganiriye n'abanyarwanda banyuranye, numva agashyuhe keza kanzamutse mu mutima, niyumvamo ishema ridasanzwe ryo kuba mvuka muri abo bantu bafite umutima wa kimuntu, bifuriza u Rwanda amahoro n'iterambere rirambye kandi risangiwe. Ni ubwambere nicaranye n'abanyarwanda batuje, bavuga badakebaguzwa, bakampa icyizere ko hariho « ABAREVOLISIYONERI » nyakuri bifuza ko mu Rwanda habaho impinduka nziza, yubaka, ifasha rubanda kubaho bafite ishema ryo kwitwa abanyarwanda.
Muri icyo gitaramo cyabereye aho ku GISAZA hatanzwe ibitekerezo byinshi byiza. Muri byo , abanyarwanda twari kumwe baduhaye misiyo itoroshye yo « kugarura ku meza y'ibiganiro » umushinga wo guhamagaza « Inama RUKOKOMA ya opozisiyo nyarwanda yose ».
Mu by'ukuri icyo gitekerezo si gishya, cyagizwe n'abantu banyuranye ndetse amashyaka hafi ya yose yagize uko akigerageza. Natwe mu Ishema icyo gitekerezo twarakigize ndetse tugikoramo umushinga turawandika, tubara n'ikiguzi cy'ibyakenerwa. Muri uwo mushinga iyo nama twari twarayihaye akazina ka « LES ETATS GENERAUX DE L'OPPOSITION RWANDAISE » .
Ikigamijwe ni ugutegura no guhamagaza inama ihuza amashyaka yose ya opozisiyo, ari mu gihugu n'ari hanze y'u Rwanda, abahagarariye sosiyete sivile, abahagarariye impunzi z'Abanyarwanda, abanyamakuru, abahagarariye amadini….iyo nama yabera mu mujyi wa Paris ho mu Bufaransa.
Gusa rero kugira ngo iyo nama ishobore kubaho kandi igire icyo igeraho bisaba ubushobozi Abataripfana bonyine batibitseho bwo kugurira amatiki y'indege abatumirwa bose, kubarihira aho bacumbika no kubatunga, kuriha icyumba cy'inama….. Il y a deux ans et demi, à la veille du 20eanniversaire des commémorations du génocide, le président rwandais Paul Kagame accusait la France d'avoir participé aux massacres des populations tutsi. Mardi 29 novembre, le procureur général du pays a annoncé l'ouverture d'une enquête sur le rôle de vingt responsables français dans le génocide qui a fait 800 000 morts en cent jours parmi les Tutsi et Hutu modérés.

Dans un communiqué, le procureur général, Richard Muhumuza, indique :

« A l'heure actuelle, l'enquête porte sur 20 personnes qui, d'après les informations recueillies jusqu'à présent, sont tenues par l'organe de poursuite (judiciaire) de permettrede mieux comprendre leur rôle et de décider si elles seront poursuivies ou non. »

N'excluant pas que d'autres agents ou fonctionnaires français soient « appelés à assisterl'organe de poursuite » au fur et à mesure que les enquêtes se poursuivent, M. Muhumuza écrit compter sur la coopération de la France :

« Les autorités compétentes du gouvernement français ont été formellement engagées et le bureau du procureur général s'attend à ce que ces autorités compétentes veuillent bien coopérer tout au long de cette enquête judiciaire sur la base de l'offre de la réciprocité. »

Relations diplomatiques tendues

Cette décision de la justice rwandaise devrait affecter les relations diplomatiques entre la France et le Rwanda, qui se sont opposés depuis vingt-deux ans à propos des accusations sur le rôle de Parisdans le génocide de 1994.

La tension entre les deux pays a notamment pour origine l'implication avant le génocide de la France, qui était alliée du régime hutu de Juvénal Habyarimana. L'avion du président rwandais avait été abattu le 6 avril 1994. Cet attentat avait été suivi par cent jours de génocide dans le pays.

En ce moment se déroule à Paris le procès en appel du Rwandais Pascal Simbikangwa pour « complicité de génocide » et « complicité de crimes contre l'humanité ». M. Simbikangwa est le premier Rwandais condamné en France pour le génocide des Tutsi en 1994 ; il avait été condamné en 2014 à vingt-cinq ans de réclusion criminelle. Le verdict de ce procès-fleuve de six semaines est attendu samedi 3 décembre.
