Rwanda: The Accidental .... Genocide

Subject: Accidental Genocide Now on Amazon.

Dear Colleagues,

After many delays, the Research Edition in full-size 8.5x11" document-sized format of "the Accidental Genocide" is now available on Amazon.  The book includes much of the evidence I, and my colleagues, put into the ICTR record that resulted in the military and civilian leadership of the Habyarimana government being acquitted of long-term planning and conspiracy to commit genocide.  This was the reason the U.S. embassy approved my capture and probable "accidental assassination" in Rwanda.

As those who followed the ICTR cases know, none of the Habyarimana leadership were convicted of crimes before Habyarimana was assassinated.  From a logical and legal standpoint, this means there was no evidence linking the Habyarimana government with the assassination.  My apologies to those to whom I was not able to give advance notice.  Downloadable Kindle versions should be available soon.  Thanks for your patience.  Please inform those who might find the contents valuable or interesting.

-“The root cause of the Rwandan tragedy of 1994 is the long and past historical ethnic dominance of one minority ethnic group to the other majority ethnic group. Ignoring this reality is giving a black cheque for the Rwandan people’s future and deepening resentment, hostility and hatred between the two groups.”
