Our President needs help. He is a travelled executive, but those on his appointment agenda could be better handled by their fellow academia, business tycoons, economists, development experts, humanitarian workers, and the like. Some sycophants in Kigali are not allowing the President to see that he is the only Head of state doing what he is doing and exposing himself and his government to ridicule. I understand that in Boston, the President had to answer embarrassing questions on the economic miracle which did not take place, the democratic process which unexpectedly turned out to be a staged unanimity, and the role of Rwanda in regional instability. Who are these counsels and advisors who are telling the President that after 22 years of power, he is growing even smarter and stronger than ever before, and is good for another 17 years, when other leaders feel they are no longer presidential material after some 8 years?

Chers lecteurs,/

Je viens de lire sur le site du gouvernement de Kagame, qu' en date du 21 février 2016, Paul Kagame, l' homme fort de Kigali, qui règne en monarque et autocrate, en maître absolu sur le Rwanda, a changé de tenue vers 16h du soir  , pour enfiler une tenue ordinaire de gens pauvres/ordinaires de Kigali, pour leur montrer qu' il est proche d' eux et compatit avec  eux dans leur souffrance quotidienne, où la misère fait rage dans les villages, la famine bat son plein dans l' Est du Pays, région communément réputée être le deuxième grenier du Pays après Ruhengeri et Gisenyi, et ces gens originairse de Kibungo ont pris le chemin d' exil vers les Pays limitrophes du RWANDA pour trouver de quoi mettre sous la dents, et de mettre ainsi leurs enfants à l' abri de cette famine récurrente qui sévit au Rwanda, suite à une mauvaise gestion de l' économie du Pays.

En passant, il sied de souligner que la gestion du Rwanda est chaotique malgré les dires des autorités de Kigali, qui n' osent pas dire ni dénoncer les inégalités de salaires dans le Pays, où 1/10  de la clique de Kigali venant de Nakivala et de Bujumbura s' approprie 3/4 de la richesse nationale du Pays.
Pire encore, les plus riches(proche de Kagame et de son épouse)  s' enrichissent davantage, tandis que l' immense majorité s' appauvrisse d' une façon spectaculaire.

La pauvreté est devenue endémique au Rwanda, car les maladies qui n' existaient pas au Rwanda depuis les années 1970-80, commencent à réapparaître et s' installent partout dans le pays à une vitesse exponentielle, telles sont les chiques( amavunja) sur tous le corps, le Kwashiorkor( dû à la malnutrition sans précèdent, la mort des nourrissons, suite à une mutuelle mal gérée et qui  entre illégallement dans les caisses du parti au Pouvoir, la fièvre typhoïde qui bat son plein dans tout le pays et les morts se comptent par millier, malgré les aides des donateurs qui viennent de l' étranger, mais qui ne profitent qu' à la seule clique de Kagame et son épouse Rumongi par le biais de sa fondation familiale" Imbuto Fondation", qui ne sert  et profite qu' aux riches.

Loin n' est besoin de parler de la situation ingérable des enseignants du primaire, qui touchent 40.000frw au moment ou le chef de l' Etat passent plus de 175 jours  à l' étranger sur 360 jours de l' année, et cela dans les salons feutrés des hôtels quatre étoiles, où une chambre lui coûte 20.000 euros par nuit, qui provient des contribuables!

Les soldats Rwandais envoyés à l' étranger pour le maintien de la paix touchent chacun 1.000 dollars par mois, mais en réalité, le soldat ne reçoit que 1/10 de cette somme et le reste est versé dans l' entreprise du Parti au Pouvoir qu' est le FPR.
Suite à cette gestion chaotique, qui va de paire avec la corruption qui commence par le haut sommet de l' Etat, fait que l' enseignement au Rwanda soit devenu dramatique, et les enfants terminent l' école secondaire sans savoir lire, écrire ni compter et d' autres obtiennent les diplômes universitaires sans pouvoir rédiger une lettre de demande d' emploi, ni un curriculum vitae.

Kagame  est au Rwanda pour sa clique, servir ses intérêts personnels, mais pas pour s' occuper du sort des autres contrairement aux discours flatteurs du régime.
Pour éclaircir l' affaire, l'histoire se complique et l' ombre s' épaissit davantage.

Et voilà, en moins de 21 ans de règne sans partage, tout le Pays est sombré dans le gouffre, le Pays est dirigé en main de fer, sans droit d' expression, ni liberté de presse,, sans justice digne de son nom, sans parler de multipartisme qui a était phagocytosé par le seul parti-état qu 'est le FPR.

Et pour obtenir une place  dans l' administration, il faut accepter de signer un accord discret, qui t' oblige à payer la moitié de ton salaire dans les caisses du FPR au moins pendant 10 ans, les 40 pour cent des femmes doivent  donner leur corps et en cas de refus, tu ne reçois rien et tu risques même la mort atroce car tu viens de connaître les méandres du système au pouvoir, de peur que tu les divulgues. L' anguille est sous roche!

Hélas, on continue à s' accrochait à nos souvenirs, car l' alibi ne tient pas bon en face des seigneurs de guerre venu de Kampala, pas pour sauver le pays, mais pour le ruiner.
 C' est ainsi que Kagame et sa clique ont opté pour une solution moins élégante et moins légale, celle du Business mortel,trompe-oeil qui va transformer tr le  le Rwandais en Singapour d' Afrique, ironie du sort.

Ainsi, les citoyens sont obligés de quitter leurs biens meubles et immeubles pour aller  habiter dans les" Taudis" appelés Umudugudu, pour que l' état policier puisse les contrôler sans ambages.
Voilà, tous ces taudis sont quadrillés par les milices" local defence", épaulés dans cette sale besogne par d' autres milices  en tenue Kaki vert, qui sème la terreur et la désolation partout où elle passe pour le compte de Kagame.
Qu'on me haïsse pourvu qu' on me craignent, tel est le devise de Kagame, et personne n' ose lever le doigt pour parler au nom des opprimés.

Le Pays compte plus de généraux que de caporaux et soldats, et touchent des sommes faramineuses, allant de de 2.800.000frw par mois, ce qu' un sénateur européen ne peut se targuer de toucher mensuellement, et en plus de cela, ils reçoivent des indemnités colossales telles que les voitures de services, les logements gratuits, les domestiques payés par l' état et j ' en passe.....

Qui est réellement cet homme fort de Kigali, qui sème le chaud et le froid sur toute la planète?

Kagame, fils  de Rutagambwa et d' Astérie, proche de la famille royale du Rwanda des années 1959,né à Gitarama vers les années 1958, fait parti d' une fratrie de cinq enfants.
Leur père a quitté le Rwanda  durant la révolution sociale des années 1959, pour se réfugier en Uganda, et sa famille lui a emboîté le pas en 1961.
Et comme il était habitué à soudoyer la  population ( amakoro), la situation dans les camps de réfugies n' a pas été du tout gaie comme on le sait, et leur père quitte l' uganda pour trouver une nouvelle vie au Burundi voisin, et de là, il sombre dans l' alcool  jusqu' à sa mort dans les années 1972.

Sa famille: une mère dynamique et croyante, ainsi que ses cinq enfants retournent en Uganda, pour rejoindre leurs collègues et membres de lutte pour conserver la dynastie riyale.
Mais l' impulsion de leur famille était dans une autre direction. Une situation inédite pour tous, car dévorés par la mort de leur père.
Ainsi, Kagame commence a éprouver des difficultés énormes:santé fragile, famine récurrente,, enfance difficile, maladies graves,, tempérament impulsif, scolarité chaotique, fugue et trop d' absentéisme à l' école lui pousse à ne plus continuer ses études secondaires.

Dès lors, il commence la vie d' errance dans les bidonvilles de Kampala , puis de Nairobi, avant de rejoindre Museveni dans le maquis, où il apprit  à se forger un caractère sans précédent: celui d'un tortionnaire.

En 1986, lors de la prise de Kampala par la NRA de Museveni, il se voit octroyé une place de haut rang, compatible à son caractère, et dirigea les renseignements Ugandais, et la suite est connue de tous:" Tous les opposants Ugandais ne l' oublieront jamais", car ils ont perdu les êtres chers , torturés par les agents de renseignements de Kagame, ceux qui ont eu la chance, devirnent infirmes à vie  et d' autres disparurent dans le lac Victoria.

Depuis lors, Kagame refuse des fréquentations des gens instruits, qui veulent lui prodiguer des conseils.
Et suite à cet échec scolaire, il a des difficultés dans les échanges, éprouve le complexe d' infériorité qui le pousse à dénigrer les enseignants, les intellectuels de tous bords, comme s'ils sont à l' origine de sa vie ratée durant son enfance.

Vous comprenez vite pourquoi il déteste la langue de molière et les français, et cette langue est bannie parmi les langues parlées au Rwanda, alors que cette dernière est héritée du colonialisme, puis enseignée dans toutes les écoles et parlée même au village.

Quand il pense à son emprisonnement lors de son passage à Paris, lors des négociations des accords de Nselé à Kinshasa, afin de trouver une issue pacifique sur la guerre que l' Uganda venait  d'imposer aux Rwandais, il est loin de  jouer l' apaisement avec Paris, car les grandes douleurs sont muettes.

Ce qui pense qu' ils vont trouver de la paix sous Paul Kagame, ils se trompent éperdument, car ce dernier est et reste plus nerveux que jamais, très angoissé et plus méfiant même vis- à vis des Tutsi de sa famille.
Il défie toujours l' interdit légal, et est toujours sur" le starting block" prêt à donner des coups de marteau aux mouches, aux opposants qui connaissent ses mésaventures et ses méandres encaissées.
Il a le goût immodéré de l' argent et à n' importe quel prix, même le perte des vies humaines indénombrables, c' est pour quoi il est devenu l'un des hommes les plus riches de la planète terre, par le pillage de banque centrale du Congo, les ressources minières du congo, les biens mal acquis des agents de l' ancien régime de Habyarimana etc..

Ceux qui évoquent l' assassinat de 4 chefs d' Etat, de 5 évêques et autres religieux, sans oublier des millions et millions de paisibles citoyens qui ont perdu la vie sous son ordre; doivent revoir leur logiciel, car il est perimé.
Et ils prônent la réconciliation et la justice inclusives sous Kagame se trompent énormément..

Kagame est capable de bidouiller tout, en passant par la loi organique, mais miraculeusement, l' opinion internationale voit tout cela et ferme les yeux, pour  pouvoir défendre leurs intérêts.
Dans l' entre-temps, les milliers de Rwandais, Burundi, Congolais continuent de subir cette injustice sans fin, les autres meurent de faim, de torture et disparitions, sous le regard complaisant de la communauté internationale!


Le pire est à venir.

The re-election of Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for another term as president of Uganda has continued to elicit mixed reactions the world over, with the latest being refusal by an African country to recognize him as the duly elected leader of the East African nation.

Botswana is the only African country that has so far refused to accept Museveni's re-election, saying it is going by the report by international observers like the European Union and the Commonwealth.

In a statement by Botswana Ministry of Foreign affairs and International Cooperation, the South African nation says that it has taken note of the reports of international observer groups on the recent general election, and therefore does not believe that Museveni was genuinely elected as president.

"The Government of Botswana has observed that based on the findings of some international observers, the elections were characterised by, amongst others; lack of transparency, reported incidents of intimidation and harassment, social media restrictions, as well as continuous arrests and detention of a prominent leader of the opposition," the statement said.

Botswana further said that it is appalling that the elections were conducted amid sabotage of democratic rights and freedoms, and is concerned that the outcome is not true and authentic.

"Government of Botswana remains deeply concerned that such conduct during an election would have deeply undermined the norms of best practice governing democratic elections, as well as, the continent's efforts towards consolidation of democracy," the statement read further.

During the election, Uganda police closed down social media platforms, arrested key opposition leader Kizza Besigye and cracked down on the opposition for protesting the manner in which the election was being conducted.

There were also claims of massive rigging and closing down of polling stations in opposition strongholds to sabotage Besigye's possible win.

Museveni was eventually declared winner by the Ugandan electoral commission, garnering over 60% of the total votes cast. Besigye had 35.4% of the votes.

A number of African leaders have since congratulated Museveni. Among the countries include Kenya, Burundi, South Africa and Rwanda. Russia has also congratulated the old man.

President Uhuru Kenyatta found himself in the centre of a storm after congratulating Museveni. Angry Kenyans took to social media to disown his congratulatory message, saying he only did it as an individual and not on behalf of Kenyans.

Museveni has been in power since 1986 when he took over through a rebellion. He has also said that he does not subscribe to term limits, indicating he is likely to remain in power as long as he lives.
