Mu bategetsi ba hejuru bavuga ko Abahutu bagomba gusaba imbabazi za bamwe mu bahutu bicanye, harimo na perezida w'u Rwanda, Paul Kagame. Yabisobanuye mu kiganiro yagiranye n'urubyiruko mu mpera z'ukwezi kwa gatandatu umwaka wa 2013 i Kigali mu Rwanda.
