Perezida Hollande aherutse kohereza intumwa 2 i Kigali zirimo umujyanama wungirije ushinjwe ibibazo by'Afurika, Thomas Mélonio na Jean-Christophe Belliard, umuyobozi ushinzwe Afurika muri Minisiteri y'ububanyi n'amahanga. Bakaba baraje mu Rwanda ku matariki ya 16 na 17 Gashyantare 2014.
