@OJPN:
Thanks for your clear and concise response although provocative.
Do I have a problem with that? Yes of course! Who doesn't except staunch supporters of the Kigali regime, like you.
Could you please help me grasp how the Rwandan people may benefit from this visit/ speech?
Keep in mind the cost of all of these travels abroad:
-For this month of March 2017 alone, Kagame has been in US, UK and China and is expected to go back to the US before this month ends.
-You may also recall that in January 2017, Kagame was in Davos ( Switzerland) with a huge delegation and that he is expected back in US to attend the "Champions of Jewish Values" International Awards Gala on May 21st, 2017.
-No need to mention another trip to Kagame Day/Rwanda Day 2017 somewhere in Europe or North America before the scheduled shame elections in Rwanda.
Do you still Not see any problem in that?

Nzinink, President Paul Kagame is not an AIPAC member but he is an invited guest to the AIPAC Policy Conference, as it happens very often for such conferences. President Kagame, a friend of Israel, is even the very first African President to have that honour. Do you have any problem with that? With such a prestigious audience, it's clear that his speech will be carefully followed all across America and in the Middle East. It would also be an important step in building excellent relationships with the Trump Administration.
