RPF and his soldiers were not of the right political maturity and qualification, to show what the ICTR-Arusha must do. Imagine a caboodle suspected of war crimes that is determining the course of a court, whose aim is to deliver true justice and fair judgment to that caboodle and its opponents! What!!!!! This was akin to giving a pedophile keys to the kindergarten in order to protect the children!!!!

And very amazing alas, wise Mrs Louise Arbour accepted such a mission without seeing she was bobby trapped into a very dirty and shady deal and an unfair job!
