PM David Cameron's example to African Dictators.
Most dictators in some African countries have been justifying their prospects to change the constitution to stay on power for ever by citing UK Prime Minister as an example.
These dictators are Museveni of Uganda, Kagame of Rwanda, Kabila of DR Congo and Nkurunziza of Burundi.Now Prime Minister David Cameroon is saying that this not case in the UK.
