On loue des avions (revelation de l'actuel directeur de RWANDAIR, voix entendue a RADIO Itahuka); on construit/forme un conglomerat de Singapouriens, Ethiopiens, Belges et Franco-neerlandais (KLM); le gouvernement rwandais investit a parte depuis 2010 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RwandAir ).
Comment un tel commerce multinational va-t-il profiter aux Rwandais ordinaires lorsque l'experience a montre que meme des pays ayant plus de moyens et ressources (Suisse-France, Sabena, Alitalia, B&H airlines, Low cost skymark japon, Air Afrique, etc.) n'ont jamais pu s'en sortir sans amertume?
