Rwanda: Il ya 7 ans notre Victoire atterrissait à Kigali.
16/01/2010 - 16/01/2017 : 7 ans jour pour jour que notre Victoire atterrissait à Kigali où, quelques instants après, elle prononça le discours mémorable de Gisozi.
La date du 16 janvier est un jour spécial dans le long chemin vers la réconciliatin du peuple rwandais.
Une pensée spéciale pour notre Victoire, pour tous nos héros, tous nos Gatimatare et tous les martyres de la démocratie au Rwanda.
16 janvier, jour du souvenir, de la prise de conscience et de la mobilisation. Nimuhorane Imana ! Dr Innocent Biruka, Commissaire à la mobilisation FDU-Inkingi.
