Gusa abanyarwanda dusa n'inyoko mbi, ikoresha politiki n'amanyanga mu gusiba/guhisha ibibazo, ntibitume dushira nyine za soni zilisha uburozi. 

Ese nk'ubu bamwe birwa biruka inyuma y'abibereye hanze ngo bagiye kubacyura, baba bagiye kuzana abo bakona ntibazabyare cyangwa se bo hali za latifundiya (amasambu) babashyiliye ku ruhande bazaturamo, nuko bagahinga ntibakene?

Nguwo umwandiko ugerageza kureba uko twali kuruva (urwimo) rudahitanye benshi, za polotiki/ingamba zali zikwiye ahaboneka iki kibazo cyabaye kimomo.
