Ibi birashimangira kandi n'ibyo Kagame aherutse kuvuga. Ati indimi nyinshi sizo zitera ibibazo mu gihugu kuko hari n'ibihugu bivuga indimi zirenze 200 ariko nta bibazo bagize nk'iby'u Rwanda rwagize.
