Nkuko Daily News yabyanditse, Umuyobozi ushinzwe ubukungu muri Minisiteri ishinzwe ibikorwa by'Umuryango wa Afurika y'Iburasirazuba ya Kenya, Peter Njoroge, mu mpera z'icyumweru gishize yatangaje ko iyo nyigo yerekanye ko u Rwanda n'u Burundi byateye utwatsi kiriya cyifuzo.

Yakomeje avuga ko iyo nyigo yerekanye ko kuba ibihugu byose byatwarira ibinyabiziga mu ruhande rumwe bidashoboka kuko guhindura ubwari busanzwe byasaba amafaranga menshi ibihugu byahindura kandi bigasaba kuvugurura ibikorwa remezo by'ubwikorezi.

Mu Rwanda cyangwa mu Burundi abashaka guhindura uburyo bwo gutwariramo imodoka byabasaba amadolari ya Amerika arenze 500.

U Rwanda rwari rwagaragaje ubushake mu guhindura uburyo bwo gutwaramo ibinyabiziga ariko inyigo yaje kwerekana ko bitari mu byo rukeneye byihutirwa.

Tanzania, Kenya na Uganda bitwarira ibinyabiziga ibumoso, nk'umurage basigiwe n'Abongereza babakolonije. Ni mu gihe u Rwanda n'u Burundi nabo bakomeje uw'Abafaransa wo gutwarira iburyo.

Abatwara ibinyabiziga mu bihugu bigize umuryango wa EAC bavuga ko nk'iyo bavuye nko mu Rwanda bakajya Tanzania bisanga batwarira imodoka mu kuboko kutariko.
