[haguruka.com] Re: Forum DHR Guidelines and Rules, Louvain-la-Neuve, April 4th, 2002 (not yet amended nor updated) [1 èce jointe]

C'est vrai. A defaut de ne pas banir l'usage des pseudo, le moderateur peut bloquer quiconque profere des insultes ou lance des attaques personnelles.

Demander aux membres de s'identifier formellement avant l'inscription au forum ne pourra jamais marcher.

Exiger les noms propres, addresse a domicile, numero de telephone, parainage d'au moins deux anciens membres du forum  (et qui sont personnellement connus par le moderateur), etc., ne fera qu'empecher le forum d'acquerir des nouveaux membres avec risque de le vider de ces membres actuels.

Bref, laissez les pseudo tranquille, soignez plutot votre langage lors des discussions, evitez des insultes/ des attaques personelles et DHR ne fera que grandir.

Ghana : Le nouveau chef d'état-major est une femme

Le président élu du Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, a annoncé mercredi son personnel administratif et d'autres personnalités importantes pour l'aider à poursuivre l'agenda et le mandat des Ghanéens pour les quatre prochaines années.

M. Akufo-Addo a nommé Akosua Frema Opare-Osei comme chef d'état-major au Bureau du président et elle sera assistée par Francis Asenso-Okyere et Samuel Jinapor.

M. Akufo-Addo a fait cette annonce lors d'une conférence de presse tenue à son domicile à Accra.

Mme Opare-Osei devient la première femme chef d'état-major dans les annales du pays depuis 1992.

La juriste privée Nana Bediatuo Asante sera la secrétaire du président.

D'autres nominations annoncées par le président élu sont Hassan Ahmed, directeur du protocole d'Etat, Eugene Arhin, directeur des communications à la présidence, Lord Oblitey Commey, directeur des opérations, Saratu Atta, assistante personnelle du président, Clara Napaga Sulemana Tia, patronne du personnel présidentiel, Victor Newman, directeur de la recherche, le brigadier-général Emmanuel Okyere, conseiller de sécurité nationale, et Joshua Kyeremeh, coordonnateur de la sécurité nationale.

Albert Kan Dapaah, ancien ministre de l'Intérieur sous la présidence de John Agyekum Kufuor, a été nommé ministre en charge de la sécurité nationale.

M. Akufo-Addo prêtera serment samedi lors d'une cérémonie à Accra.
