Rwanda: What is the real cause of arresting Paul Rusesabagina?

What is the real cause of arresting  Paul Rusesabagina ?

Paul Rusesabagina was arrested because the dictator Paul Kagame doesn't want to hear that there is any  Rwandan who could be considered as a hero. Paul Kagame is the only Rwandan hero because  the media claims that he stopped the genocide that he started.

So, Paul Rusesabagina being known as hero is a crime he will be punished for. Furthermore, Kagame has always claimed in the French media that there is not any other Rwandan who is available, able and ready to succeed him. Anyone trying to  find ways to replace  Kagame through political means will pay a heavy price.
