Kanuma yafatiwe i Kayonza ari nijoro atorotse , bivugwa ko yari ahunze. We yiregura yavuze ko yari agiye i Nyagatare kureba umupira (wa shampionat yo mu Bwongereza) atari atorotse igihugu.

[haguruka.com] TR: La nomination du nouveau Mwaami rwandais est illégale.

 

Heee! Bonjour Agaculama! Nous avions pense que vous nous aviez abandonne, ayant trouve pre vert sous de meilleurs cieux! Nous voila soulages.


Jésus dit: "Laisse les morts ensevelir leurs morts; et toi, va annoncer le royaume de Dieu. Mathieu 8:20". Laissons donc vaquer a sa preoccupation journaliere le Rwandais ordinaire affame.  Le roi Kigeli V n'a pas pu rentrer au Rwanda vivant et/ou marie a une Hutukazi afin de se faire aisement accepter par les in-laws, mais il y est apporte mort. Ceci detruit le dernier mythe royal que le roi qui tombe a l'etranger donne son sang pour le Rwanda et en devient umutabazi. Les Mukabayozo nous sont temoins! 

Quant a ces histoires de legale ou illegale, on s'en fout d'autant qu'elles n'ont de sens qu'a partir du contrat social qui change selon les circonstances du moment et les interets socio-economiques en jeu. 

Si le nouveau roi (British?) peut nous inonder de pounds et d'amis britaniques, qu'il reigne a jamais! Dans le cas contraire, nous n'en avons aucun besoin.

Mise au point sur la nomination d'un nouveau roi rwandais.

1/ L'investiture du successeur de Jean-Baptiste Ndahindurwa Kigeri V est illégale.

2/ Benzinge n'est qu'un secrétaire du Mwaami Kigeeri. Il n'est nullement un Umwiiru du Grand Secret. Trois Abiiru doivent prendre cette décision que le Mwaami précédent ne pouvait pas connaître de son vivant.

3/ Les documents personnels du Mwaami ont été volés dans son coffre-fort personnel (safe) dans sa résidence, ce qui entâche tout le processus car l'on connaît les seules personnes qui fréquentaient sa résidence américaine, et parmi elles, Benzinge.

4/ Le transfert du corps du Mwaami vers le Rwanda est illégal et s'oppose à la volonté du Mwaami au cours de son vivant.

5/ Le Mwaami Jean-Baptiste m'a toujours dit que:
5-a/ il ne rentrerait jamais au Rwanda de son vivant
5-b/ pour la première raison que l'Umweega Umukagara Kagame haïssait la monarchie et refusait son retour au pays,
5-c/ et pour la raison fondamentale qu'un Roi rwandais en exil ne pouvait rentrer au Rwanda que marié, alors qu'il était resté célibataire et souhaitait se marier au Rwanda en rentrant,
5-d/ C'est pourquoi je l'avais conseillé de marier une Umuhutukazi, ce qui provoquerait un tsunami populaire en faveur du rétablissement de la monarchie, d'une monarchie constitutionnelle rwandaise moderne.

6/ Le choix du roi nommé à la sauvette est illégal car il n'est pas celui qui entre en premier dans l'ordre de succession.

Rwanda: Denunciation of frequent killings of unarmed civilians by security services

On January 1, 2017, while people all over the world were celebrating the New Year's Day, the trigger-happy men of the Rwandan army based in Ruhengeri celebrated the New Year's Day in a despicable style by shooting dead Mr. Mugisha on suspicion of having stolen a goat. In Rwanda, human life has become so cheap that stealing a goat or a bunch of green bananas is punishable by death.

The late Mugisha, son of Mr. Yadusoneye Augustin and Mrs. Kakuze Emerthe of Rwimpongo Village , Ruragwe Cell,  Rubengera Sector and Karongi District was shot dead by members of the rwandan army around 9am following his arrest for stealing a goat.

On January 8, 2016, Mr. Sekanabo Janvier was shot dead near the capital Kigali, Kabuga Cell, Rusororo Sector, Gasabo District, after being picked by the Police from his home at around 1pm. 

There are strong suspicions by neighbours that he was killed because he was opposed to the redistribution of his father's land. His father is said to be in prison for the same reason.

We would also like to recall the following unarmed civilians who have recently been shot by security services:
  • Mr. Rukundo, son of Mr. Hitimana and Mrs. Nyirampuguje of Cyeza Village, Munanira Cell, Nyamyumba Sector, Rubavu District, Western Province was shot dead by a soldier on December 6, 2016 on suspicion of having stolen cows.
  • Mr. Nshimiyimana Innocent, son of Mr. Buhinja Simon and Mrs. Nyirankundimana Gaudence  of Rebero Village, Munanira Cell, Nyamyumba Sector, Rubavu District, Western Province was shot dead on December 1, 2016 by a soldier on suspicion of having stolen a bunch of bananas.
  • Mr. Nzabonimana Jean Claude of Ngoma District was killed on December 5, 2016. According to Imirasire newspaper, Mr. Nzabonimana was shot dead by the police on suspicion of having stolen a computer. The newspaper was later pressured to retract the article.
What a tragedy for Rwanda to see a regime that is notoriously known for its total disregard for human life pushing ahead to entrench itself in power by granting a third term to President Kagame in the already concluded elections scheduled for August 2017!

We condemn unreservedly the extrajudicial killings of unarmed civilians and call upon the government to investigate these crimes and bring the perpetrators to face the law.

We call upon the international community and the financial backers of the Rwandan regime to put pressure on the Rwandan government so that it may respect human life, stop extrajudicial killings and all other forms of violation of human rights.

Le téléphérique du volcan Kalisimbi sera construit par la société italienne « Leitner Group », qui a déjà réalisé le téléphérique le plus long d'Asie à Ngong Ping sur l'île de Lantau à Hong Kong, sur un parcours de 5,7 km ! Il déposera les touristes au sommet du volcan Kalisimbi, point culminant du Rwanda avec 4 507 mètres d'altitude, et quatrième sommet d'Afrique. De quoi attirer les touristes dans ce petit pays d'Afrique de l'Estdont le nom reste associé au terrible génocide de 1994. La station téléphérique de Kalisimbi se déclinera sur trois niveaux qui donneront accès à la base du volcan, au cratère et au sommet. L'occasion de promenades guidées dans une forêt de bambou et d'observer les oiseaux, mais aussi la faune et la flore de la région.

Le téléphérique du volcan Kalisimbi sera réalisé par le goupe qui a conçu celui de Ngong Ping à Hong Kong.
