Cette insupportable ingérence dans les affaires intérieures françaises (faites ce que je vous dit mais ne faites pas ce que je fais...)  ne changerait  pas grand-chose: Kagame n'a toujours pas accepté la nomination d'un ambassadeur de France à Kigali....et il a fait raser le centre culturel français!!! Que peut-il faire de plus ?

Ce pourrait être l'une des conséquences inattendues de l'accession au pouvoir d'Alain Juppé en 2017. Le Rwanda menace de mettre un terme à ses relations diplomatiques avec la France en cas d'arrivée à l'Elysée du maire de Bordeaux. 


C'est le président du Rwanda, Paul Kagame, qui le dit à l'hebdomadaire Jeune Afrique: l'élection d'Alain Juppé "risquerait fort de signifier la fin de toutes relations entre la France et le Rwanda". 


Les deux hommes sont en froid depuis la publication en 2008 d'un document d'une commission d'enquête rwandaise accusant la France d'avoir "participé" au génocide rwandais citant nommément Alain Juppé, alors ministre des Affaires étrangères du gouvernement Balladur.
