PATRICK KAREGEYA, ex-chef de renseignement du Rwanda se dit prêt à témoigner contre le Président Paul Kagame à la CPI.Ce haut officier rwandais en exile en Afrique du Sud affirme avoir des précisions sur le recrutement de Laurent Nkunda et Bosco Ntaganda par Paul Kagame pour d'être envoyé en RDC y créer des rebellions.
Patrick Karegeya, dans son interview diffusée sur RFI ce lundi 08 Juillet 2013 matin en Anglais et traduit en Kiswahili, en appelle à la Cour Pénale Internationale d'inculper le Président Rwandais Paul Kagame au même titre que Bosco Ntaganda.
