Ikibazo k'itahuka ry'impunzi z'Abanyarwanda gikomeje kuvugisha abanyarwanda n'abanyamahanga mu buryo bunyuranye.

Guhera taliki ya mbere y'ukwezi kwa karindwi mu mwaka wa 2013, icyemezo Ishami rya ONU ryita ku mpunzi HCR ryumvikanyeho na guverinoma y'u Rwanda cyo kwambura Abanyarwanda uburenganzira bwo kwitwa impunzi, cyatangiye gushyirwa mu bikorwa.

Bamwe mu banyarwanda barebwa n'icyo cyemezo, ni ukuvuga abantu bahunze hagati y'imyaka y'1959 na 1998 bari mu bihugu by'Afurika, bumva icyo cyemezo kibangamiye uburenganzirwa bwabo nk'abantu.
